MIAMI GARDENS — A collective gasp rattled Hard Rock Stadium during Monday Night Football after an early injury to Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill.

Dolphins star Tyreek Hill fans could finally breathe a sigh of relief midway through the third quarter.

The Dolphins went three-and-out on the possession and did not target Hill.

In the first quarter, Hill caught a short pass behind the line of scrimmage and was dragged down out of bounds on the play.

He laid on the ground but eventually stood with help from trainers. He ran off the field after a few seconds but did not return during Miami’s possession at the end of the first quarter and the start of the second quarter.

Dolphins star Tyreek Hill fans chanted “M-V-P” toward Hill as he left the field. Miami was forced to punt on the drive and Tennessee took over at their 14-yard line.

The Dolphins led the Titans 7-0 at the time of the injury but trailed Tennessee 10-7 at halftime. Hill did not return in the first half.

The Dolphins have endured a slew of injuries early against Tennessee.

Wide receiver Jaylen Waddle and defensive back Xavien Howard were also shaken up in the first quarter but managed to return to the game.

Offensive lineman Terron Armstead and defensive back Jevon Holland were among the usual Dolphins starters on the inactive list against the Titans.
